How a bottle leaves the house, and how an unopened one may come back.
Shipping
Orders travel within India. Standard courier is complimentary above ₹8,000 and arrives in five to seven days. Below that, courier is ₹250.
Night dispatch, when offered, is ₹450 and aims for two to three days in Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Kolkata.
Returns
If a bottle is unopened and still in its carton, you may return it within fourteen days. Write first so the atelier can receive it properly. Worn fragrance is intimate; we cannot take it back.
Exchanges
Size exchanges follow the same rule: unopened, within fourteen days. We send the new size once the original is home. This preview keeps your bag on this device and does not ship anything.
